Export & data
Export project data
Download project data and all uploaded project images, including unused gallery images. The JSON does not contain image files; keep both downloads together as your project copy. For help with a large archive, contact BoardFlow.
Image downloads contain the stored versions. New beta uploads are optimised for preview; keep original-resolution files separately.
Delete this project
Download a complete copy first, or delete without a download. Deletion runs automatically after you confirm. Your other projects stay unchanged.

Delete your account
Resolve projects you own before deleting your account. Other producers’ projects stay unchanged.

Your documents
Each document has a different job. Reading a page does not accept a new agreement.

The essentials, in plain language
Your film stays yours. Keep original images separately: image downloads contain the versions stored by BoardFlow.
Closing a project and closing your account are separate requests. Submitting a request does not confirm completed deletion, and leaving another producer’s project does not delete their work.
The documents below explain your current terms, privacy and any separately recorded plan or project agreement.
Updated documents for review
These preview documents have not replaced your accepted versions.
