Privacy
This notice covers collaboration enquiries for the short film EAT ME. Carlos Montenegro, based in Amsterdam, is responsible for this information. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to carlos.montenegrovela@gmail.com.
What is collected
If you use the collaboration form, we receive the role you are interested in, your name, email address, optional portfolio link, message, and confirmation that we may use the details to respond. Netlify hosts the page and processes the form. It may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser, device, security logs, and aggregate traffic data.
Why and how long
We use the information to review your enquiry, discuss possible collaboration, and keep a record of relevant project conversations. This is based on your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in developing the film. Enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months after the conversation ends, unless a longer period is needed for an active collaboration, a legal obligation, or a dispute.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with Netlify, people who genuinely need it to evaluate or manage the film collaboration, when required by law, or with your permission. Service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area using recognised safeguards.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
